Event Reportage Photographer

I am Alessandro Bottiglione, an Event Reportage Photographer, and through photography I aim to tell the story of events by looking beyond a single moment.

My work begins with observing what unfolds around me: the anticipation, the preparation, the action, the emotions, the people, and all those details that come together to shape the story of an event.

Sport is one of the main areas of my photography because it brings together movement, intensity, and genuine emotion. However, my approach is rooted in reportage: I am not interested in documenting only the athletic action, but in telling the story of the event as a whole — from behind-the-scenes moments to decisive action, from the spectators to the atmosphere and environment surrounding it.
